Serving Irish Hospitality in Ellicott City, Maryland since October 17th, 1994, Kelsey's Restaurant has been family owned and operated from the very beginning. Since the day we opened our doors to the public we have strived to provide excellent food, courtious service, and let’s not forget, beverages in a friendly neighborhood-pub-style environment.

Over the years (15 this year!!) we have made every effort to live up to these standards, and are proud to be known as "Your Neighborhood Meeting Place"!

We expanded our red mahogany Pub adding more seats at the bar, high-top seating, dining tables, a ton of TVs, beer taps, out-door seating (3 seasons) and more making Kelsey’s the hands-down favorite for Happy Hour, Sunday NFL football, Terps games, and all of the big games of the year. We serve our full menu in the Pub every day.

KELSEY’S IS WIFI-4-FREE! Need to meet with coworkers, clients, or fantasy league members? Come on in and do it in style. Kelsey’s is a “Wifi-Hot-Spot”! Plug-in, turn-on, and log-on!

The Restaurant serves guests in a warm and inviting environment just right for business meetings, office lunches, anniversary dinners, or just for the heck of it. Ambiance is the key with red mahogany paneling, a fireplace, stone tables and plenty of charm. Call ahead or walk right in – it is our pleasure to serve you day and night.
