Kelsey's is located just off Route 40 in the Normandy Shopping Center in Ellicott City, MD.

Directions from:

695 -

Take exit 15-B off 695 onto Baltimore National Pike (RT-40) heading WEST
Continue on RT-40 WEST for approximately 4 miles over Patapsco River Bridge into Howard County
At the traffic light for the intersection of RT-40 and Normandy Centre Drive, turn RIGHT
Turn right at the first light into Normandy Shopping Centre - Kelsey's is on the left

Take the RT-40 EAST exit off RT-29 - Bare right
At the 2nd traffic light, turn left on Normandy Centre Drive
Turn right at the first light into Normandy Shopping Centre - Kelsey's is on the left
